Welcome Guests

What to expect when you visit

No matter who you are or where you’re from, we want you to know that you’re welcome here . . . that you belong! We hope we can make you feel at home. If this is your first time visiting us, here are a few things to know to help you plan your trip.

Expect to be greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome as you enter into the worship center. The Rock is an informal gathering of believers and we encourage visitors to participate in the meeting as well as those that have attended for some time.  By the power of Holy Spirit, we will worship, pray, declare, decree, preach the word, and transform lives and our region as we advance God's Kingdom on earth.

Our Beliefs

The One True God. The one True God has revealed Himself as the eternally Self-existent, Self-revealed “I AM,” as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.  Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12-29; Isaiah 43:10; Matthew 28:19.

Scriptures Inspired.   The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct.  2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12.

The Deity of The Lord Jesus Christ.  The Lord Jesus Christ is the Eternal Son of God.  He is both divine and human.  Luke 1:26-38; John 14:1-3; Acts 2:36; Acts 3:14-15; Philippians 2:5-12.

The Fall of Man.  Man was created good and upright, for God said, “Let us make man in our image” but man fell, by voluntary transgression, and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  Genesis 1:26; Genesis 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21.

Salvation.  Through the work of the cross, our Lord and Savior made salvation available to each and every person.  Salvation is found only in Jesus Christ.  Acts 4:12; John 14:6; John 12:32.

Heaven and Hell.  We believe the Scriptures clearly set forth the doctrines of eternal punishment of the lost and eternal reward for the saved.  Matthew 25:34, 41, 46; Luke 16:19-31; Revelations 20:11-15.

The Baptism of The Holy Spirit.  We believe the Holy Spirit to be the Third Person of the Trinity. We believe that the manifestations of the Holy Spirit operate in present day churches that yield to the Lord Jesus Christ.  Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39; John 14:16-17; Acts 2:39-48.

A few frequently asked questions

What should I wear?
At The Rock Transformation Center, our heart is for you to come as you are. For some, this means jeans and t-shirts; for others, a suit and a tie. We don’t have a dress code. We’re genuinely interested in you, not your attire.

Can I attend if I’m ________?
Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: young, old, divorced, single parent, broke, recovering addict, hurting, lost, atheist, skeptic, etc. Everyone is welcome at The Rock. So come as you are and we’ll see you at service! On a lighter note: The church won’t burn down if you walk through the doors!

What do I do with my kids?
We believe in worshiping as a family unit.  Building a strong faith in the next generation takes the leadership of parents in modeling their faith for children.  We provide coloring books and crayons for those that would like to use them to keep younger ones busy during the message.  Children are a blessing and are welcomed in our gatherings as we seek the Lord together as ONE.
